  • App / Application means any Shopify application or software product provided by Jumi.

  • Service Provider means any person or organisation that processes data on behalf of Jumi to help us operate, provide, support or improve the Services.

  • Services means all Jumi Apps and related services, websites, features, integrations and support.

  • Usage Data means data collected automatically through use of the Services (for example, diagnostic and performance data).

  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Services.

 

Collecting and using your Personal Data

1) Personal Data (You / Store Owner)

While using our Services, we may collect personal information such as:

  • email address

  • first name and last name

  • phone number

  • business address

  • billing details as provided through Shopify (note: payment is processed by Shopify)
     

2) Shopify Store Data

When you install and use an App, we may access and process data from your Shopify store, which may include:

  • store name and store domain

  • customer names, emails, billing addresses and shipping addresses

  • order details (products purchased, pricing, discounts, taxes)

  • invoice and tax-related details (where relevant to the App)

  • shipping and fulfilment information

  • tracking numbers and carrier details (where relevant to the App)

3) Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Services.
Usage Data may include information such as:

  • your Device’s IP address

  • browser type and version

  • operating system

  • pages or screens visited within the Services

  • time and date of access

  • time spent on pages or screens

  • diagnostic logs and error reports

  • unique device identifiers


When you access the Services through a mobile device, we may also collect mobile device identifiers and operating system information.

 

4) Cookies and Website Analytics

When you visit our website, our servers may automatically log non-personally identifiable information such as:

Where we process your customers’ Personal Data, we do so for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless it is needed for security, debugging, or legal compliance.

Uninstalling an App does not guarantee immediate deletion of data from backups or logs.
